2. Click on the “Librarian Grade 3 Admit Card” link released on 24 July 2025
3. Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth and captcha code 
4. Click on ‘Get Admit Card’ and the pdf will be displayed.
5. Download, save and print your admit card.

RSMSSB Librarian Grade 3 Posts 2025- Exam Date and Shift Timings 

The written exam will be conducted on 27 July, 2025.

It is conducted in two shifts:

• Morning Session: 10:00 AM to 12:00PM
• Evening Session: 3:00PM to 5:00PM

Candidates must report to the allotted centre two hours before the reported time. The gates will close one hour before the exam start time.

• Carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN)
• Keep extra passport-size photographs and a ballpoint pen

• One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) – photocopy may also be required

Exam Day Guidelines

• Reach the exam centre at least 2 hours early for verification and frisking procedures.
• After entering, you will be required to sign attendance, thumb impression, and declaration in the presence of the invigilator.
• Follow all on-screen and written instructions carefully.
• The first page of the admit card is collected at entry; keep the second copy safe until results are out.

After the Exam

• The exam is conducted offline (OMR answer sheet). Results and the answer key will be released online later.
• Successful candidates will be called for the next stages—Interview and Document Verification as per notification.
