🎓 Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation).
- And hold NCVT/SCVT-approved ITI certificate (NTC/NAC) in a relevant trade.
Minimum qualifying marks:
- General/OBC: At least 60% in ITI/NAC
- SC/ST: At least 55% in ITI/NAC

- General/EWS: maximum 27 years
- OBC (NCL): up to 30 years

💰 BHEL ARTISAN Salary & Benefits 2025
Selected candidates will first join as Temporary Employees for one year during which salary follows minimum wage rules.
After confirmation, the regular Artisan Grade-IV Pay Scale (₹29,500 – 65,000 with allowances) is applied.
